dear god i wish i had sound at work!!! so how many of us do you think will go home and give the old worm a try?! BAH HA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
does he give swimming instruction?
I tried the worm twice today!! LOL! Can't kick at a 45 degree angle yet, but I sure got my heart rate up!! :) :)
