Cath -- we are cosmically connected! And tell Jase that it's not a typo...we are not comically connected, although I could see that angle! HAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!!

Kelly -- I know!!!! Hee-hee!! How's your core workout going? I only did it the once so far...I'm planning on cranking out another core set out today, but my poor little muscles are sore from the first one.

Does, "cranking out a set" count if my speed resembles a slow motion video? LOL!!

yes cranking out a set counts regardless of speed. good form over speed wins everytime. i am excited and will be watching your training season. someday - when theis dog doesn't keep me up all night (it's like i have had a baby but i don't remember the sex??) I will exercise again:)

Julie - you have me in stitches! I think we can be comically and cosmically connected! I, for one, am very excited to get going again! By the way, if you want to read about determination and pure grit here's a link to my coach, Michelle Dillon's website on her recent back operation in hospital - quite humbling and puts my niggly ankle into perspective....
