Like a Hobbit!

There's first breakfast, second breakfast, and also third breakfast...

Before I swim, I eat a bowl of cereal. Afterward, I eat a couple of eggs on toast. THEN, I have a big honking bowl of oatmeal with nuts and raisins. YUM!!!!

Feeding the machine, baby! LOL!!! (NOTE: Not feeding any kind of baby-machine, or baby-making machine, just feeding the machine LOL!!!)

Big news today -- my best friend, Charmaine is on her 6th day of the Transrockies Mountain Bike Challenge!!!!!! YAY Charmaine!! Her and her partner will be rolling through the Pass sometime later this afternoon, so I'll be down on main street all day cheering my lungs out. :) :) :)

I'll get some pics and post them later!

GO CHARMAINE GO!!!!!!!!!!!!! The weather has been absolutely dreadful this year for the race...she is one tough cookie! :) :) :) You know over the course of 7 days they climb a over 45 000 feet? HOLY $hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my breakfasts sometimes blend into one long schmorisborg all day where I'm snacking constantly. At least that's what my co-workers think. Gotta fuel the machine (had to re-read that one part, thought it said baby-machine!!!)

I got here after the comma. Probably just as well. The big breakfast part is good. I'm having trouble dialing it back so I'm not pigging out all day long. Let's hear it for multiple breakfasts!

Oatmeal is best with cinnamon and maple syrup. Plus the nuts and raisins, of course. Or blueberrys, or cranraisins. Or several different kinds of nuts. The large flake stuff is better than the instant, even if it requires a bit more cooking. It tastes better.

People at work really wondered about me when I was swimming and doing spin class the same day. They'd see me eat a post swim snack, then lunch, then a dinner about 4pm. They asked if Linda didn't love me anymore. I didn't have the heart to tell them they weren't seeing the first breakfast, or post spin snack, and who did they think was making all this food anyways????

That is impressive, and I'm not talking about your friend, I'm talking about your bfasts. LOL, just kidding. I eat that much too - we have to! Good luck to your friend!
