Love the swim suit, Kelly - and it's pink, Julie - it's GOT to go on your christmas list! hahaha!

Swimming every day, eh, now that'll train the muscle memory REAL good. Remember, on the drills, if it's getting sloppy, stop and start again, you want to train the brain with the good stuff not with the sloppy stuff - swimming every day that way, you'll be amazed with the progression and training the brain - combine that with the puffer and you're schmokiiiiin'.... (you have to have the schm at the beginning, otherwise it doesn't count - hahahaha!)

Lots of love down highway 3 from "couch girl, wanna be an athlete" - hahahaha! xxxx

Oh come on.....suck it up Princess...even if you are training 28 hours a week that is only an average of four hours per day. Tack on 8 hours of sleep. Now we are at 12. At the most 2 hours per day traveling to work out. Now 14. Showering (hopefully) 1 hour. Now 15. Making meals...2 hours tops. That is 17. 1 hour to eat as working out hard makes one eat fast. Now 18. Various chores and errands 2 hours per day. Now 20. Naps 2 hours. Now 22. Play time with Mike (not to be included in the chores and errands category) 1 hour. Now 23. Play time with pets 1/2 hour. now 23 1/2. Chat on phone 15 minutes. Now 23 3/4. Blog 15 minutes. Now 24 hours in your day accounted for.

Hey,gorgeous girl, just been doing my strengthening stuff and I can't remember those 2 exercises you showed me on Friday that Sara gave you. Can you write them down or is it best to see it - if the latter we could do it via webcam - that would be hilarious! Let me know what's best - cheers big ears (hahahahaha)

Chuck -- LMAO!! You are right -- I need to HTFU, I think it was the H1N1 mutating me... LOL!!!!!

Cath -- I will email you those exercises. Our webcam is not working right now. Hahahahahaha!!

You are a strong athlete Cath -- hang in there. :) :) :)

Did Sara send out copies of those stretches that we did at camp? I didn't get that. The only ones I remember are the lat stretch (on side, elbows behind head, trying to mash arm pit into mat - you could just about fit a volleyball in there for me.) and the circled arms stretch.

I actually tryed those cookies you said were "Bomb proof". They were a bit sweet for me, maybe I mixed too much honey into them.

Darryl -- too much honey because you're sweet enough as is! Awwwww! :) :) :)

Thanks! I've jsut sent you a separate email as I can't work out the exercises - hahahaha! I';m soooo dumb! Just been to the pool for 4k of arms only without tumble turning - actually that's a lie - I managed to remember not to tumble turn for about 150 of the 160 lengths, I had to REALLY concentrate though - lol!

Don't you worry, I'll be fine, it's just a wee bit frustrating....argghh!

xx

I can imagine it was very hard not to tumble!
