My local weightlifting club has agreed to sponsor me for a full year's membership!!! YAY!!!!!
The Crowsnest Pass Weightlifting Club has been kind enough to help me out this year -- thank you guys so much. You have no idea how much this means to me! Julie that is awesome news! I think a lot of us triathletes forget about strength training but it really will help us to become better athletes.
For sure I can help you with your blog question! It involved a wee bit of html coding to create a navbar. Here's a good link:

You need to input the CSS code into the blogger html. The html code then goes in as an html widget. That website has some great code for creating different kinds of lists plus tutorials. Hopefully it will help you out a bit. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions!
