Check it out!!

Check out my coach's blog: http://saragross.free.fr/articles.php

I had a great race and for the first time EVER felt strong on the run --- was outta the water, ahead on the bike, but was then passed in the later stages of the run -- but good enough to get third for my age group and stand on the podium baby!!! Hahahahahahahaha!

I am staying at my very good friend's and fellow blogger's place Kelsey for a couple of nights and will return tomorrow. THEN I'll give more of a race report...

WHEEEEEEE!!! I am so excited at the progress Sara is making with me!!!

THANKS SARA!!!! :) :) :)

Holy smoking hot time Julie!!!!!

Congrats on a super race! Just curious, how are you going to get your car home after you fly home on the high from excitement and pride? Love the grin on the podium shot.

And the girl you were about 9 minutes behind lives in Fernie? How cool is that. I shudder to think of you 'training' with her, the two of you would probably drive each other into a breakdown trying to do better.

Looking forward to reading your story about the race.

Hey, who's the girl from fernie - we could get a little trio going perhaps, as i'll be there on Sunday - yay!!!

I'm really glad you had a good race, I could feel it in my bones! Great photo too! And your lot are far kinder than ours - we only get prizes and podium spots for the first in each age group - cruel or what! I'm coming to the right country, that's for sure!

Congrats! You had a great race. I heard your name being called as you were leaving T1 but I didn't see you again after that (we'll left early as you'll see on my blog).

Nice work Jules! And although I believe your coach has made an impact, don't forget that you are the one that has been busting your ass training all winter. The camps in Arizona, Kona, the fact that you are living like a pro,and your rock star attitude- all play a big part in your success this year.
Keep it up superstar!!
